If your Athletic Brewing items are damaged or do not meet your expectations, please take a picture and reach out to us and we will happily work with you.For merchandise exchanges or returns, we will set you up with a prepaid return shipping label as long as it&apos;s not been over 90 days since the order was placed.

We usually fulfill all orders within 72 hours.&#xA0;<ul style="margin-left: 20px ;"><li>If your order is in the status &quot;unfulfilled&quot; this means that your order has been placed, however, it has not been packed up and shipped by our fulfillment team yet.&#xA0;</li><li>Once your order is packed up and shipped out, your order will show as &quot;fulfilled&quot;.&#xA0;This does not necessarily mean your order has been delivered. Please check with the tracking number you were emailed to see the status of your delivery.&#xA0;</li></ul>Please note, once an order is placed we cannot make any changes to the order items. We can make changes to the address as long as the order has not been fulfilled yet. Keep an eye out for specific delivery timelines on our product pages and confirmation emails as some beer will not be available for shipment right away.In most cases, our shipments arrive within 3-5 business days to all US states with FedEx. For orders of more than 24 beers, split shipments may be used - Please check your tracking information for additional packages under the same tracking number.&#xA0;We are not currently able to ship non-alcoholic beer to Michigan, South Carolina, Nebraska, Kansas, Idaho, Mississippi &amp; Georgia due to state regulations&#xA0;however, we are able to ship any of our Daypack sparkling water or Merchandise to these states.
