Once an order is placed, we will send you a confirmation to the email address on the account. When the order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking number so you can follow it each step of the way.
- If your order is in the status "unfulfilled" this means that your order has been placed, however, it has not been packed up and shipped by our fulfillment team yet.
- Once your order is packed up and shipped out, your order will show as "fulfilled". This does not necessarily mean your order has been delivered. Please check with the tracking number you were emailed to see the status of your delivery.
Please note, once an order is placed we cannot make any changes to the order items. We can make changes to the address as long as the order has not been fulfilled yet. If you notice a mistake on your order there is a very small window to where we can cancel the order before fulfillment.
